What You'll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Education or interest in Human Resources or a related field
- Two (2) or four (4) years of related experience in healthcare recruiting preferred
- Experience with HRIS and other Human Resources applications
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems
What You'll Do
- Support new hire orientation and onboarding to create a welcoming, positive employee experience
- Assist with HR projects, employee events, and engagement activities
- Help answer employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures
- Post jobs on various job boards and recruiting platforms
- Review applications, conduct phone screens, and help coordinate interviews
- Assist with employee file management, data entry, reporting, and HR system maintenance
- Support audits, compliance tracking, and other HR-related projects
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee and recruiting needs
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support efficient HR processes
