Join Our Team as a Contract Recruiter (Brokerage Team) Schedule: Onsite Mon‑Thurs | Remote Friday Location: Onsite Required Role Type: Contract Must Mandate > 2 years of professional recruitment experience; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/military experience required. Responsibilities Drive the recruiting process by partnering with leadership to fulfill staffing requirements through effective strategies, including pipelines for current and future needs. Conduct regular business partner meetings to share market data, advise on recruiting best practices, and optimize hiring tools. Lead the offer process, including salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and negotiation with business partners. Maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system. Handle interview scheduling and logistics. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. Develop and maintain a network of contacts to identify and source qualified talent through a variety of channels. Initiate direct sourcing contact with potential qualified talent for specific positions. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work/military experience). 2+ years of professional recruitment experience. Preferred Qualifications (Great to Haves) 2+ years of experience with Workday or another leading ATS. Recent high‑volume recruiting experience in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Industry experience in transportation, logistics, or freight brokerage. Expertise in advanced internet searching, talent research, and direct sourcing. Confidence advising business partners and staying focused in ambiguous settings.
