Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate independent psychosocial diagnoses for patients using your education, training, and experience in mental health.

• Collaborate with patients to establish individualized, patient-centered treatment plans designed to address their specific needs and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based techniques, such as solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, and motivational interviewing, to implement effective behavioral interventions tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.

• Coordinate treatment efforts with other professionals, including psychologists, physicians, and primary care providers, to ensure a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Monitor and track patient progress systematically, offering support through both in-person and virtual consultations as needed to ensure adherence to treatment goals.

• Assist patients with psychotropic medication management by focusing on adherence, side effects, and overall effectiveness of their treatment regimen as prescribed by medical providers.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, reflecting your experience and expertise.
