We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our virtual team at Healthy Life Reformation & Counseling Center. In this full-time role, you will provide specialized mental health services to individuals in a detoxification setting, playing a crucial role in their recovery journey. Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to serve clients from the comfort of your home while ensuring that they receive the focused therapeutic support they require during their detox process. Given the nature of our services, you will engage with clients through teletherapy, employing tools such as video conferencing and secure messaging platforms tailored for privacy and security.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a solid understanding of their needs.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care to support recovery.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies, perform risk assessments, and devise safety plans ensuring the immediate well-being of clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that meets ethical and legal standards, including progress notes and treatment updates.

• Organize and lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster peer-to-peer interaction and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with often come from diverse backgrounds and typically include individuals undergoing detoxification from substance abuse, those with co-occurring mental health disorders, or individuals seeking recovery from traumatic experiences. Your role will involve building trusting relationships and employing a strengths-based approach to guide clients through their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program, which provides a solid foundation for understanding mental health issues and therapeutic practices.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), allowing you to practice independently and provide effective clinical interventions.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, particularly with clients facing substance use challenges.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment strategies tailored to effectively address clients’ psychological needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, enabling you to engage clients compassionately and effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position falls within the range of $80,000 to $100,000, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
