PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEY

A well-established and successful plaintiff's personal injury law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of three (3) years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work at one of the largest trial firms in Queens County and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative, and supportive environment. The successful candidate will work alongside highly respected trial attorneys and have the opportunity to further develop their litigation and trial skills while handling meaningful cases on behalf of injured clients. Responsibilities Manage a substantial personal injury caseload from inception through trial Appear regularly in court and at conferences Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses Conduct and defend depositions Prepare and argue motions Assist with appellate work and trial preparation Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills Ability to independently manage a busy caseload with designated paralegal Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Trial experience is preferred but not required We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: PTO with floating holidays Health insurance Vision insurance Job Type: Full-time 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): How many depositions have you handled?
