The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience managing a diverse litigation caseload of personal injury matters from discovery through resolution and trial. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled litigator who thrives in the courtroom and values a collaborative, team-oriented culture. Responsibilities Manage a broad caseload of personal injury matters (motor vehicle, premises and labor law) through all stages, including litigation and trial. Conduct and defend depositions, hearings, and trials. Oversee discovery and ensure timely, strategic case development. Collaborate closely with partners and team members to formulate case strategies and achieve optimal outcomes. Negotiate settlements and maintain clear, ongoing communication with clients. Contribute to a supportive, transparent firm culture centered on teamwork and shared success. Qualifications Admitted to practice law in New York. Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation. Proven courtroom skills, including trial, hearings, and deposition experience. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities. Team player with a proactive approach to client service and case management.
