IT Support Specialist

Resolve help desk tickets for login, software, printer, device, and connectivity issues Set up computers, workstations, software, and equipment for employees Create and disable user accounts, mailboxes, and basic Active Directory access Support Microsoft 365, Windows devices, mobile devices, and business applications Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding Maintain clear ticket notes and IT documentation Travel to company locations when an issue cannot be resolved remotely Requirements One to two years of help desk, desktop support, or related IT experience Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365 Basic Active Directory and networking knowledge Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities Willingness to travel between company locations Managed service provider experience (preferred) CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications, or equivalent hands‑on experience (preferred) Experience with ticketing systems, NinjaRMM, Automate, Azure, SharePoint, or Power Automate (preferred) Familiarity with AppFolio, Adobe, Zoho, Caliber, or Timeslips (preferred) Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in resolving help desk tickets, managing user accounts, and supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows devices. Proficient in maintaining IT documentation and providing excellent customer service during employee onboarding and offboarding.
