Job Requirements

• Apassion for helping seniors
• A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family & friends, and all team members
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that the business office and receptionareas operate in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Coordinate with department managers to managesystems and processes related to customer billing and collections, vendorbilling and payment, payroll processing and human resources, support themanagement team with staff recruiting and onboarding process
• Support the team with excellent customerservice for the residents, families, and outside guests

Qualifications

• College degree and/or three or more years ofrelevant experience in bookkeeping and office management
• Must have excellent organizational andcommunication skills
• Computer skills; Microsoft Office andbookkeeping software
