Office Administrator

Acro

Office Administrator: Responsible for supporting daily branch operations through a wide range of administrative and payroll tasks. This role ensures smooth office functionality and compliance with internal and external requirements while maintaining strong communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage timekeeping and payroll processes, including collecting and submitting employee hours to payroll for weekly processing.
  • Accurately maintain and input data in internal systems such as Salesforce, and other project management platforms as needed.
  • Support invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and lump-sum billing tracking to ensure timely and accurate financial processing.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items to support team efficiency and follow-through.
  • Track packages and ensure the secure, timely distribution of materials, including employee paychecks.
  • General administrative duties required by the region.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role, preferably in the construction or industrial services industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management tools and systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with invoicing or financial processes is a plus.
