Salary: $90,000-$110,000 BASE plus additional monthly bonus opportunities Sign-on bonus available - up to $20K for a limited time for qualified LBAs! Based on start date and location Schedule: Monday thru Friday. No Nights or Weekends! Up to 2 WFH days each week available. We have in-center in our Scottsdale Center. What You'll Be Doing Design & Implement ABA Plans: Develop personalized therapy plans that create real, measurable impact Conduct Assessments & Track Progress: Use data to guide meaningful client outcomes Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians: Inspire and support your team with coaching and expertise Partner with Families: Collaborate with caregivers to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust Hybrid Caseload: Enjoy the perfect blend of in-clinic and remote work Stay Current: Keep up with the latest ABA research and best practices Your Qualifications Active BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification – Required to ensure clinical excellence. Strong Communication & Coaching Skills – Able to inspire, guide, and support your colleagues effectively. Here’s what you can look forward to when you join us: Industry-leading Base Salary: $90K–$110K based on experience plus additional bonus potential (below) Generous Sign-On Bonus - up to $20K for a limited time for qualified LBAs!
