Sr. Business Analyst

Job Description Insight Global is hiring for a Business Analyst to sit 100% onsite in Stamford, CT for a large telecommunication company. This role is within the Customer Operations organization, specifically the Service Reliability & Outage Management team. The Business Analyst will join a team of 10-15 individuals focused on promptly detecting outages before customers are aware. When an outage is generated, proactive notifications and estimated repair times are automatically delivered via the customer’s preferred method of communication. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Understand business requirements and transform them into actionable documentation such as journey maps, Gantt charts, or user stories. Collaborate across teams within the organization to set and align processes with request needs. Create presentations, decks, and documentation using MS Office Suite (Excel, Visio) and tools like Figma, Lucid, Jira. Present findings to stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications Must Haves: 5+ years of Business Analyst experience. Strong experience writing user stories and business requirements. Experience creating journey maps using Figma or Lucid Chart. Strong experience transforming requirements into documentation. Strong presentation experience, specifically creating decks in PowerPoint. Proficiency within MS Office Suites (Excel, Visio, Figma, Lucid, Jira). Bachelor’s Degree. Plusses: Telecom industry experience preferred.
