Medical Account Specialists - Hematology

Field Based (Des Moines, Omaha, Sioux Falls, Fargo) Discover Your Role Engage Oncology experts and key Oncology customers in the assigned geography; deliver clinically focused selling messages to support the launch of a bispecific agent to treat malignancies in multiple myeloma (MM), grow brand share and revenue, and deliver product goals. Partner with Regional Director, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to proactively resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives. Develop strong working relationships with aligned designated accounts and specialists. Execute market profiling to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems. Identify business opportunities and coordinate with the Regeneron Oncology account team (e.g., support contracting pull-through). Build breadth of relationships within accounts to understand objectives, goals, challenges, and identify approved Regeneron Oncology resources aligned to customer needs. Demonstrate dedication to compliance by understanding regulations/policies governing customer interactions. This Role Might Be For You If Proven advanced clinically based and account-based selling skills. Success in complex markets with diverse customer segments while operating with high integrity within compliance guidelines. Results-oriented with a track record of success with product launches. Strong account management with analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills. Qualifications (Required/Preferred) Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or advanced education/certifications a plus. Minimum 5 years successful Oncology sales (Hematology Oncology preferred). Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required. Minimum 3 years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in group practices/academic hospitals/key institutions. Current account management calling on large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks. Strong understanding of Hematology Oncology and the current Oncology marketplace.
