Job Description Strategic Technology Institute, Inc. (STi) is a minority‑owned small disadvantaged business providing innovative solutions in maintenance, repair, overhaul, logistics, safety, reliability, and IT & cybersecurity. In partnership with the Naval Sea Systems Command’s Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division, STi is seeking a Data Analyst to support research activities in Bethesda, MD. Responsibilities Apply operations research methods to improve coordination and resource management in large organizations. Analyze diverse issues such as strategy, planning, forecasting, resource allocation, performance measurement, scheduling, supply chain management, pricing, transportation, and large database analysis. Gather information, select appropriate analytical techniques, and develop mathematical models to describe studied systems. Use models to assign values to system components, clarify relationships, and simulate potential outcomes under varying circumstances. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or five (5) years of relevant military or DoD experience with data management. Minimum three (3) years of coding experience in SQL, Python, and/or R, and proficiency with statistical software such as Stata or SPSS. Strong data‑gathering, cleaning, and transformation skills; experience with reporting, data visualization (e.g., Tableau), data warehousing, and ETL techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. Favorably adjudicated PSL at a T3 level. Benefits TBD #J-18808-Ljbffr
