Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will consist primarily of individuals, couples, and families dealing with a spectrum of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The varied backgrounds of our clients call for a therapist who is adaptable and equipped with cultural competence to effectively engage and motivate a diverse population towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Specialized training or significant experience in addiction counseling is a plus.

• A strong understanding of evidence-based practices, particularly regarding substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
