Job Title Escheatment (Unclaimed Property) Specialist Job Description Both remote (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and onsite (Tuesday, Thursday) 200 Oceangate | 2nd Floor | Long Beach CA 90802 Monday Friday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM Day To Day Job Duties Escheatment (Unclaimed Property) Emails, Updating Files, Log/Scan/File the Returned Letters Required Skills Detail oriented, excellent Excel skills preferably intermediate and Outlook skills Required Years of Experience 1-2 years of Accounts Payable, would be great to have experience with Unclaimed Property IT Equipment Required Laptop, Dual Monitor, docking station, mouse/keyboard Potential Extension Is there potential for this to extend past 3 months? If the need arises Summary To process, input and maintain AP. Close month end, reconcile and allocate expenses. Essential Functions Complete AP invoice tickets, identifying proper GL account number and accounting period including performing research of incoming invoices to ensure that proper approvals have been obtained and supporting documentation has been provided and to prevent duplicate payments. Issue A/P checks. Research and verify old outstanding invoices as requested. Process expense reports. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to abide by Molina's policies. Maintain regular attendance based on agreed-upon schedule. Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers and customers. Required Education High School graduate Required Experience Minimum 0-2 years experience in accounts payable and/or receivables.
