Cnc Machinist

This role offers the chance to work on challenging, customized projects in an ISO 9001:2015 certified environment, rather than repetitive production work.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machines with precision.Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on machining equipment.Conduct manual machining as needed.Review and edit G-code for machining processes.Design fixtures, set up machines, and optimize processes.Collaborate with team members to solve complex machining problems.Mentor junior machinists and share technical expertise.Essential SkillsProficiency in blueprint reading, mechanical troubleshooting, and machine operation.Experience with manual and CNC machining, including setup and operation.Ability to perform G-code reviews and edits.Strong mechanical aptitude and shop math skills, including geometry and trigonometry.Experience with rotating equipment, pump components, and industrial repair.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with grinding, part finishing, and precision repair techniques.Experience in ISO 9001 certified environments.Strong computer skills and experience with machining-related software.Ability to design fixtures and optimize machining processes.Proven experience in mentoring junior machinists.Why Work Here?Work in a growing ISO-certified manufacturing organization where your expertise directly impacts critical industries.
