You will manage a team of project and/or sales specialists that sell technical services, products, and systems. Responsibilities Create, manage, and promote execution of technical product sales, including execution of objectives and sales goals. Manage a team that specifies products to meet customer requirements and needs. Ensure that the team delivers compelling technical presentations that drive sales. Partner with sales vertical leadership to develop comprehensive sales plans and forecasts to identify and produce a steady pipeline of prospects. Utilize technical acumen to educate the team on products, competitors, and prospects. Nurture relationships with key customers and suppliers. Partner with internal technical and marketing teams to utilize customer insights and market intelligence to contribute to the product roadmap. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering or Business Sales experience in related industry (5-7 years) Electrical industry experience as a manufacturer or distributor (3-5 years) Management of staff and programs (3 years) Ability to travel 25% - 50% Compensation Compensation Details $117,191 - $146,488 Annually Benefits Wesco offers a benefits program for eligible employees, which may include paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and retirement savings plans.
