Front Desk Patient Experience & Treatment Coordinator Must have experience: front desk experience in a dental practice. Purple Plum Dentistry is a modern, boutique general and cosmetic dental practice in Falls Church, VA focused on comprehensive patient care, cosmetic dentistry, facial aesthetics, and an elevated patient experience. We are looking for a polished, energetic, and experienced Patient Experience & Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. Responsibilities Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and questions Coordinate patient appointments efficiently Present treatment plans and discuss financial options Verify insurance benefits and communicate coverage clearly Help support cosmetic and comprehensive treatment acceptance Maintain accurate patient records and communication Coordinate patient follow-up and recall Help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish Support office efficiency and schedule flow Work collaboratively with doctors and team members Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental front desk, treatment coordinator, or patient coordinator experience required Strong understanding of dental insurance and scheduling Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and polished demeanor Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Positive, team-oriented attitude Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software preferred What We’re Looking For Is naturally friendly, personable, and confident Has strong phone and patient communication skills Enjoys building long-term patient relationships Values professionalism and attention to detail Thrives in a boutique, high-end practice environment Wants to grow with a modern cosmetic and wellness-focused practice To Apply Resume Brief introduction about yourself We look forward to meeting candidates who are passionate about exceptional patient care and creating a welcoming, elevated dental experience.
