Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team on 3rd shift. If you're the person production teams call when a machine goes downand you enjoy figuring out why it failed and getting it running againthis is an opportunity to put your skills to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

You'll maintain and troubleshoot a wide range of industrial equipment, working across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to keep production running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on industrial production equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems.
• Maintain and repair equipment including forging presses, furnaces, CNC saws, shot blast machines, and other production support equipment.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and hydraulic/pneumatic prints.
• Use electrical meters and other diagnostic tools to identify equipment problems.
• Perform basic welding, cutting, and fabrication as needed.
• Complete preventive maintenance, work orders, parts usage, and repair documentation in the CMMS.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
• Communicate equipment issues, repair status, and follow-up needs with the maintenance team.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and maintain a safe work environment.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance, machine repair, or comparable manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams.
• Experience using electrical meters and common maintenance tools.
• Basic welding, cutting, and fabrication skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately document maintenance activities.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• A safety-first mindset and commitment to following LOTO and other safety procedures.
• Ability and willingness to work 3rd shift: 11:00 PM7:15 AM.
