Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shop Office Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations in our Bradenton facility. This role combines administrative coordination with hands-on warehouse support, ensuring operations run efficiently and inventory remains fully stocked.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working both at a desk and on the warehouse floor.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain adequate stock levels of supplies and goods within the warehouse
- Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment as needed
- Assist with shipping operations, including preparing and applying outbound labels
- Support outbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate shipments
- Document and maintain shipment procedures and operational processes
- Provide general administrative support related to warehouse operations
- Assist team members on the warehouse floor during busy periods
- Ensure organization and cleanliness of workspaces and inventory areas
- Active role requiring movement throughout the facility
- Must be comfortable standing, walking, and lifting/light material handling throughout the shift
- Combination of office and warehouse environment
- Previous experience in warehouse coordination, shipping/receiving, or administrative support preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (inventory or shipping systems a plus)
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
- Competitive hourly pay ($19–$20/hr)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
