What They're Looking For
- High-caliber IT leader with a strong growth mindset and the ability to operate independently.
- Someone mature, accountable, and comfortable owning the IT function with minimal supervision.
- Proven experience building roadmaps, driving improvements, and executing strategic initiatives.
- Strong blend of people leadership and hands-on technical expertise.
- Minimum 2-3 years of formal management experience.
- Experience managing at least 2-3 direct reports.
- Ability to assess the current environment, build a 6-12 month roadmap, and drive meaningful improvements within the first 30-60 days.
- Strong Microsoft ecosystem experience and overall cloud infrastructure expertise.
- Deep understanding of modern IT operations, SaaS administration, endpoints, collaboration tools, and infrastructure.
- Security exposure is important. They don't need a dedicated security leader, but someone who understands compliance, risk, and security best practices. Opportunity to partner closely with their HIPAA Security Officer.
- AI should be top of mind. Looking for someone actively leveraging AI tools/platforms and thinking about how AI can improve IT operations and the employee experience.
