Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Healing Connections Therapy, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients and families, developing individualized treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Provide therapeutic services to couples and families, facilitating sessions that involve both joint family discussions and individual therapy as necessary.
\n
• Address issues including but not limited to alcohol and substance abuse, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, and adjustment difficulties related to separation and divorce.

• Guide families through complex dynamics such as blended family situations and communication barriers, helping them strengthen their relationships.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to foster positive outcomes, continually evaluating progress and modifying treatment plans as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will engage with families facing a wide range of challenges, from typical family-related issues to more complex concerns such as psychological trauma and chronic stressors. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
