$119,313 – $178,968 annually, plus annual incentive opportunities and sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

MSN from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner

Current RN/APRN license and DEA registration

Primary care experience preferred

Strong commitment to relationship-based, patient-centered care

Excellent communication, clinical, and collaboration skills
