Inside Sales Representative

Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Willmar, MN. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, including responding to customer inquiries, qualifying leads, and preparing quotes for specialty construction and drainage products. Day-to-day tasks include providing product information and technical support; supporting technical personnel. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, coordinating with sales and logistics teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery, and supporting customer education through phone, email, and occasional presentations. Social Media and content creation abilities are a plus!

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, including managing pipelines and closing opportunities.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Account Management to grow and sustain key customer accounts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong phone and email etiquette.
• Ability to understand technical product information and explain solutions clearly to specific customers
• Comfort with CRM systems, order entry, and basic MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in construction, industrial products, or manufacturing is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, sales, or a related field is a plus.
