Seeking a PCB Field Service Tech for a high growth chemical development client in the Southern, MD or Northern VA area.

The Field Service Technician would need to have deep expertise in wet processing chemistry for printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing. In this role, you will act as the primary technical partner for key client accounts, combining chemical expertise, mechanical/parts knowledge, and equipment troubleshooting to resolve complex processing issues on-site.

responsibilities:

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimize wet chemistry processes (acids, bases, micro-etchants, plating solutions, and specialized chemical formulations) on PCB substrate lines.

• Client Relationship Management: Interact directly with client engineering and production teams, providing articulate, clear, and actionable technical communication.

• On-Site Integration: Provide hands-on assistance combining chemical bath maintenance, equipment alignment, and parts optimization for client facilities.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with regional Account Managers to maintain account health, resolve operational bottlenecks, and identify process improvements.
