Our practice emphasizes thorough patient-centered care; taking the time to educate patients about their symptoms, treatment options, and long-term eye health. We're especially passionate about prevention, including guidance on protective eyewear like sunglasses and blue-light lenses. We capture retinal images and OCT's on every single patient.
You'll work alongside a dedicated team and have access to modern diagnostic equipment, including Optos with OCT, autorefractors, digital lensometer, FDT visual field, slit lamp, phoropter, and BIO. Patients also benefit from a curated optical selection, on-site lab, and access to eye drops and vitamins for their visual needs.
What You'll Do:
- Perform comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations
- Provide medical and emergency eye care
- See an average of 10 patients per day
- Educate patients on eye health, treatment plans, and prevention
Fill-in Schedule for May 18, 2026
- Monday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (1-hour break at 1:00 PM)
Minimum Qualifications:
- California Optometry license
- TPA certification
- Bilingual in Spanish
Preferred Qualifications:
- Glaucoma certification
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive pay: $55$65/hour (based on performance)
- For 8 hour days, we offer $550 guaranteed, plus 18% of production over $2,500.
- Fridays are 7 hour days, so we offer $480 plus 18% of production over $2,200
- Paid Time Off: 24 hours annually (accrual begins after 30 days; usable after 3 months)
