Our organization is on the lookout for a physician leader to take on the role of Director for the Division of Nephrology at Staten Island University Hospital. This individual will collaborate with both departmental and organizational leadership to enhance operations and strategic initiatives aimed at fostering ongoing improvements in our clinical and educational programs. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of clinical expertise, teaching experience, scholarly contributions, and leadership skills to effectively guide the Nephrology program at Staten Island University Hospital.

Staten Island University Hospital has evolved into a 714-bed tertiary teaching facility that operates across two campuses, offering a comprehensive range of health and wellness services. Our North campus features Staten Island's most advanced emergency department, a cutting-edge education center, and a medical arts pavilion. Meanwhile, the South campus includes its own emergency department and provides various specialty programs, such as geriatric psychiatry, behavioral health, and substance abuse services.

The full-time clinical base salary at our organization ranges from $125,000 to $750,000. This range is influenced by various factors, including physician specialty, experience level, quality of care, academic achievements, patient satisfaction, and productivity. The salary range provided reflects a good faith estimate of potential base compensation at the time of this job posting and may be subject to change in the future.
