Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, including understanding their personal background, emotional challenges, and treatment goals.

• Design and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions in both individual and group therapy settings, addressing a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans that delineate clear therapeutic objectives and measurable outcomes, collaborating closely with clients to align these goals with their personal aspirations.

• Provide crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, employing effective de-escalation techniques and creating immediate action plans.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, encompassing information about mental health conditions, effective coping mechanisms, and utilization of community resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain confidentiality and detailed documentation for each client encounter, including thorough assessments, progress notes, and updates to treatment plans, per HIPAA standards.

• Uphold ethical standards in therapy practice while ensuring that all client interactions are respectful and culturally sensitive.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of mental health experts, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n
