Sales Professional

Job Summary The Sales Professional will be responsible for achieving the corporate sales target of OLED TV/Gaming Monitor panels across North and South America and for developing and establishing long‑term relationships with customers in the large display industry. The role also requires observation of customer business status through in‑depth analysis of production plans and sales performance; forecasting demand; setting sales strategy; fulfilling customer needs; and achieving sales targets. Strong sociability, communication, time‑management, and analysis & reporting skills are required, along with the ability to handle sensitive information in assigned customer accounts. Responsibilities Negotiate monthly sales volume in terms of both unit and amount with customers and accomplish company sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Forecast customer demand through analysis of SCM data and optimize the internal supply plan; cooperate with HQ to align sales strategy direction. Proactively supervise daily sales activities to meet customer requests and provide timely solutions to issues. Mitigate risks related to supply schedules (production, shipping plans) and sales goals. Make periodic customer visits, assess their business status, negotiate corporate business/supply plans, and build strong relationships to fully support the customer. Study the N/A TV market trend and determine influencing factors for the customer’s business; report findings to relevant headquarters divisions. Perform month‑end closing procedures and ensure sales goals are reached. Contribute to team objectives and outcomes as guided. Expected base salary: $55,000–$95,000 (the salary offered will depend on several factors, including years of experience, level, education, training, and comparison to other employees already in this role). Requirements 0–5+ years of sales account management, supply chain management experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingual in English and Korean preferred). Strong computer and application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Organized, detail oriented, and able to multi‑task. Team worker, good attitude, energetic. Authorized to work for any U.S. employer. Travel required: 10%–15%.
