Account Coordinator
A well-established national organization is seeking a detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join its operations team. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy administrative support, data entry, order processing, and working within multiple systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
The Account Coordinator will play a key role in supporting internal business teams by managing documentation, processing requests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring information is entered and tracked correctly throughout the lifecycle of various transactions. This is a highly process-driven position requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain high volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency
- Review documentation for completeness and identify missing or incorrect information
- Process and track requests, orders, and transactions through multiple internal systems
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and other business applications on a daily basis
- Research discrepancies and assist with issue resolution while maintaining detailed records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and completion of requests
- Maintain accurate notes, records, and supporting documentation
- Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards
- Meet productivity, accuracy, and service-level expectations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in account coordination, administrative support, data entry, operations, sales support, customer service, or related fields
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a structured, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work fully onsite in the St. Louis area
