Role Description This full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is based in Oregon City, OR, with some work‑from‑home flexibility. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee the clinical implementation of ABA programs. Daily responsibilities include supervising and training behavior technicians, modeling interventions, and monitoring progress through data collection and analysis. The BCBA will collaborate with families and caregivers by providing parent education, support, and coaching to promote consistency across settings. The role also involves maintaining ethical and professional standards, participating in team meetings, and contributing to a supportive, child‑centered environment. Qualifications Strong skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis for assessment, treatment planning, and program oversight. Knowledge of Psychology and Behavior Management to address challenging behaviors and support skill development. Experience with Parent Education, including training, coaching, and collaboration with families and caregivers. Current BCBA certification and compliance with BACB ethical guidelines. Relevant master’s degree (e.g., Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field). Experience working with children with autism and developmental differences in clinical, home, or school settings. Ability to analyze data, adjust interventions, and document progress accurately and timely.
