Bilingual Personal Banker & Member Experience Specialist

Community Trust Credit Union is seeking a Bilingual Member Experience Representative III to serve members across phone, chat, email, and video. You will identify opportunities to tailor recommendations to each member’s financial goals and help them achieve stronger financial health. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
