Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of families and couples to identify the core issues affecting their relationships.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs of each family, utilizing cognitive-behavioral, systemic, or solution-focused approaches as appropriate.

• Educate clients on how dysfunctional behaviors and relational patterns influence their lives, guiding them toward healthier interactions.

• Collaborate with families to develop actionable, individualized treatment plans and establish realistic goals for progress, adjusting strategies as necessary based on family feedback and cultural considerations.

• Facilitate sessions that support families in processing grief, improving communication, and enhancing overall family functioning.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and client communications within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including families and couples from various backgrounds. Your responsibility will be to understand their unique experiences, cultural contexts, and relational dynamics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sensitivity to the nuances of different family structures and values, utilizing a holistic approach to therapy that respects and honors each client's background.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Must possess a valid state-mandated license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
