Job Summary This position would be fostering these 4 principles through assisting staff members and students by supporting the needs of teachers and students as a paraprofessional. Responsibilities Works with students to reinforce academic skills, based on advice from teacher Assists in classroom preparation and strategies Assists in record keeping procedures to document student learning/behavior Assists with classroom management in a loving and caring manner Assist school administration as needed Travel between classrooms and buildings may be needed. Work into bus monitor schedule for bus routes with students that have special needs.
