Corporate Accounting ManagerThe Corporate Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing enterprise-wide accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with corporate accounting policies and reporting requirements. This role partners closely with business units, operations, and executive leadership to support financial performance, scalability, and strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the monthly and semi-annual close processes with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and timelinessReview and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and flux analysesEnsure compliance with IFRS and corporate accounting policiesSupport forecasting and annual budgeting processes (led by Manager of FP&A)Support corporate consolidation processes across entities and business unitsCoordinate intercompany accounting and eliminationsEnsure alignment with group reporting timelines and requirementsMaintain consistency in accounting policies across the organizationEstablish and maintain effective internal controls aligned with corporate governance standardsEnsure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory reporting requirementsLead coordination with external and internal auditorsPrepare audit schedules and manage audit responsesAct as a key finance partner to corporate and operational leadershipCoordinate with business units for accounting matters and reportingProvide insights into financial performance, risks, and opportunitiesSupport M&A integration, system implementations, and organizational scaling initiativesEnsure integrity of financial data within ERP and consolidation systems (e.g., Tagetik)Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, control, and scalabilityLead, mentor, and develop accounting team membersCoordinate across corporate accounting, tax, FP&A, and shared services teamsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting6–10+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, financial close, and balance sheet managementExperience with ERP systems and financial reporting toolsProven ability to partner cross-functionally with business leadersPreferred QualificationsCPA, CMA, or equivalent certificationExperience in a global, multi-entity or manufacturing environmentExposure to consolidations, integrations, or acquisitionsExperience with group reporting and corporate environmentsKey CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and sound judgmentAbility to balance hands-on execution with leadership responsibilitiesEffective communication and business partnering skillsPay Range: $135K-$160K per year. Compensation is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and market conditions.
