Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role in our clinical team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions to address a variety of issues, including conflicts among family members, grief and loss, job stress, and communication difficulties.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client and family unit.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to facilitate healing and growth, both individually and within the family context.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients regarding mental health challenges and coping strategies.
\n
• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients experiencing complex issues.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:
