The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with deep expertise in test automation, CI/CD, and application quality.What You'll Be OwningDesigning and maintaining enterprise-scale test automation frameworks utilizing Playwright and TypeScriptBuilding end-to-end, regression, integration, and API testing solutions across Angular and.NET application environmentsDeveloping automated quality gates integrated into CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment reliability and release confidenceCreating reusable automation libraries, framework components, and testing utilities to improve engineering efficiencyDriving API testing strategy, including functional validation, integration testing, contract testing, and service-level verificationImplementing automated validation of complex business workflows, integrations, and data-intensive applicationsEstablishing testing standards, quality metrics, reporting, and coverage strategies across multiple development initiativesCollaborating closely with software engineers to improve testability, reliability, and maintainability of applicationsSupporting modernization efforts as deployment processes evolve toward GitHub Actions and cloud-native delivery practicesEnsuring testing practices, documentation, and traceability requirements align with a highly regulated operating environmentThe EnvironmentThis is a highly visible individual contributor role within a lean engineering organization.
