What You'll Do Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation. Perform age and disease specific assessment/data collection independently. Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patient status. Develop a plan of care that prescribes strategies and interventions. Communicate, coordinate, and implement the plan of care. Provide ongoing communication with patient/family and healthcare team. Implement age and disease specific care in an organized manner. Perform continuous Point-of-Care electronic documentation. Administer medications utilizing advancements in bar-scanning technology. Evaluate progress toward attainment of outcomes. Requirements **Education:** Associate in Nursing or diploma of Nursing degree required BSN in progress or willingness to acquire within three (3) years of hire **Experience:** Six (6) months of relevant nursing experience or participation in Nurse Residency Program **Licenses & Certifications:** Current and valid Registered Nurse license in NJ BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association required within 60 days of hire National Certification in area of specialty preferred when eligible About Hackensack Meridian Health Hackensack Meridian Health is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
