We are growing our team and want you to join!The PositionWe are looking for someone to join our team in St. George, Utah.In this position you will:Manage an assigned book of business consisting of Producer and house accountsAssist Producers as needed on accounts that are part of their book of businessAssist customers with policy and coverage questions on a day-to-day basisLead the quoting process for both new and renewal business, including preparing applications, preparing quotes on carrier websites, binding coverage, etc.Process and manage change requests for customersAssist customers with claims questionsProcess daily calls and e-mails from customers, producers and underwriters in a timely mannerMaintain client files in the agency management system in an orderly and up-to-date mannerManage invoicing on agency billed policiesOther duties as assignedWhat Makes You SuccessfulA successful Personal Lines Account Manager needs to:Preferably have five to ten years of experience in the insurance industryBe trustworthy, ethical, hardworking, self-motivated and goal orientedPossess excellent communication skills, both verbally and writtenBe willing to learn and take directionsAbility to use technology to efficiently manage a large workloadThe Most Successful Personal Lines Account Manager at Beehive Will:Support a collaborative work environmentEffectively manage your timeContinually improve your knowledge and skillsHave a desire and motivation to grow in this position and invest in your careerWhat We'll Do For YouAt Beehive Insurance we value people!
