With a dedicated back-office team of 60 supporting 14 Business Development Officers (BDOs), we ensure that you have everything you need to optimize your performance and productivity. We work with small businesses on well-priced, larger, and more complex SBA deals, often 2-3% over prime.Job Overview:As a Business Development Officer (BDO), you will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and managing relationships with small business clients, helping them secure SBA loan solutions tailored to their unique needs. You will focus on identifying well-priced, larger, and more complex SBA loans, with a target pricing of 2-3% over prime.
