Support business development initiatives and contribute to client relationship growth. Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on high-value transactions. Requirements: J.D. from an accredited law school. 4 6 years of general commercial real estate experience at a law firm. Admission to the New York State Bar. Excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and sound business judgment. Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
