Responsibilities: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leasing attorney to join our Real Estate department. Qualifications: The ideal candidate has 3-12 years of experience (5+ years preferred) in commercial real estate, including significant experience in office and retail leasing, financings, and sale-purchase transactions. Must have demonstrated excellence in writing, legal analysis and negotiation skills. We seek candidates with a solid academic background, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. Must be admitted in New York. In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. Hybrid Work Schedule: We are currently maintaining a hybrid schedule structured as Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in-office with the option to be remote Mondays and Fridays. Compensation & Benefits: The good faith base annual salary range for this position is a minimum of $130,000 to a maximum of $215,000. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, years of relevant experience, applicable bar admissions, office location, and the candidate's overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm.
