About The Role The role serves as the foundation of enterprise pipeline generation, identifying high-potential accounts and initiating targeted outbound campaigns in the B2B SaaS market. The position requires high-volume outreach, rigorous qualification, and strategic collaboration with account executives to convert initial interest into qualified sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Qualify inbound and outbound leads against specific ideal customer profile criteria before booking discovery meetings Research prospective accounts, mapping organizational structures to identify key decision-makers and influencers Maintain pristine data hygiene and track all prospect interactions, notes, and pipeline stages within Salesforce CRM Partner closely with sales leadership and marketing teams to test messaging variants and optimize outreach cadences Hit or exceed weekly and monthly key performance indicators for dials, emails sent, and qualified meetings booked What We Are Looking For 0-2 years of professional experience in B2B sales, business development, or high-volume customer-facing roles Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, articulate phone presence Demonstrated resilience, strong organizational habits, and an intrinsic drive to exceed performance metrics Bachelor degree in business, communications, or a related discipline Bonus: Familiarity with sales engagement platforms like Outreach or SalesLoft, and prior experience using Salesforce CRM #J-18808-Ljbffr
