Community Solutions & Sales is seeking a dynamic Branch President to lead our Utah operations and help shape the next chapter of our growth. As Branch President, you will have the opportunity to: Set the strategic direction for Community Solutions & Sales Build, develop, and empower a high-performing leadership team Strengthen the employee and client experience Drive sustainable growth, client retention, and financial performance Expand Community Solutions & Sales’ presence and impact throughout Utah Partner with regional and corporate leaders to influence broader organizational initiatives Serve as a visible ambassador for Community Solutions & Sales and Associa What You’ll Do Lead the Business Develop and execute the branch’s strategic and annual operating plans Establish clear goals and accountability across the organization Monitor key performance indicators related to financial results, growth, client retention, employee engagement, and operational excellence Lead the budgeting process and ensure the branch meets its financial commitments Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery, and profitability Maintain strong internal controls and support timely accounts receivable collection Build and Inspire Great Teams Lead, coach, and develop the branch leadership team Attract and retain high-performing talent who raise the bar Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, empowerment, and continuous improvement Ensure employees understand how their work contributes to the success of our clients, communities, and business Oversee performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and key talent decisions Partner closely with Human Resources as a strategic advisor in building organizational capability and a strong employee experience Elevate the Client Experience Build trusted relationships with boards of directors, homeowners, community leaders, vendors, and strategic partners Ensure teams consistently deliver responsive, high-quality service Oversee client retention and management agreement renewals Resolve complex client concerns with sound judgment, professionalism, and urgency Ensure the branch remains responsive to the evolving needs of the communities we serve Drive Growth Develop and execute strategies to expand the branch’s presence throughout Utah Identify organic growth opportunities within existing client relationships Partner with sales and marketing leaders to pursue new business and strategic accounts Promote Associa’s full range of services and solutions Represent Community Solutions & Sales and Associa as an active leader in Utah’s business and community association management markets Champion Operational Excellence Align people, processes, systems, and culture to deliver an integrated client experience Ensure compliance with company policies, governing documents, contracts, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements Use financial and operational data to identify trends, address root causes, and make informed decisions Sponsor and support strategic initiatives across Associa as needed Benefits Summary World-Class Training Additional Income Opportunities CAI (Community Association Industry) Course/Designation Assistance Paid Time Off/Holidays Comprehensive Medical Benefits Wellness Incentives Mileage Reimbursement Company Cellphone Hybrid: In Office/Work From Home Schedule Work Location: 12371 South 900 East Suite 200. Draper, Utah 84020 Requirements What You Bring Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in community association management, property management, hospitality, or another service-focused industry Demonstrated success leading a complex, multi-functional operation Strong financial and business acumen, including experience with budgeting, profitability, financial reporting, and performance metrics A proven ability to grow revenue, retain clients, and improve operational results Experience building, developing, and leading high-performing teams Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills The ability to navigate complex client and employee matters with sound judgment and professionalism A strategic mindset combined with a willingness to remain connected to day-to-day operations A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Community association management experience is strongly preferred Leadership Style That Will Thrive Here A visible and engaged leader who builds trust Energized by developing people and creating strong teams Comfortable making decisions and reinforcing accountability Curious, adaptable, and focused on continuous improvementFinancially disciplined and results-oriented Skilled at balancing strategic priorities with immediate business needs Passionate about delivering meaningful value to clients and communities Join Us This is more than an opportunity to lead a branch.
