Production Clerk (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Location: Sealy, TX
Schedule: 12-hour shift, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
Pay Rate: $17

Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Clerk to support manufacturing and operations activities for our client. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient production workflows by managing production data, tracking inventory, preparing work orders, and serving as a communication link between warehouse personnel, management, and the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management

• Enter, maintain, and update production data, including daily output, scrap, downtime, and defect rates.
• Manage records within ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of production documentation and reports.

Production Scheduling

• Distribute work orders and production schedules to manufacturing teams.
• Update schedules as needed due to material shortages, production delays, or changing priorities.
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure production goals are met.

Inventory Control

• Monitor raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Coordinate replenishment of materials and production supplies as needed.

Reporting & Documentation

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Prepare KPI dashboards, shift production totals, and performance metrics for management.
• Track and report production variances and discrepancies.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Serve as a liaison between production, warehouse, procurement, quality, and management teams.
• Help expedite the movement of materials and resolve inventory or production discrepancies.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process inefficiencies.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production control, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel .
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred

• Associate degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP, warehouse management, or inventory systems such as SAP, WMS, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Power BI.

Physical & Schedule Requirements

• Must be able to work a 12-hour shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM .
• Must be available to work Monday through Saturday , including overtime and schedule flexibility as business needs require.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
