• Shift: Day/Night rotation, 12-hour shifts (07:0019:30 / 19:3007:30), every other weekend
• Hours per Week: 36
• Employment Type: W-2, Contract
• Licensure/Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS (AHA Certifications)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years Neuro ICU experience

What You'll Do:

• Provide specialized nursing care for neuro ICU patients, including monitoring intracranial pressure and managing ventilators
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and protocols
• Conduct bedside assessments and document patient progress using Epic EHR system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Respond quickly to patient needs and emergent situations
• Ensure safety and compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations

What You Need:

• Active RN license in Ohio or ready for licensure reciprocity
• Minimum of 2 years recent Neuro ICU experience
• Proficiency in telemetry, IV starts, ventilator management, and intracranial pressure monitoring
• Current BCLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

• Prior experience working with Epic electronic health records
• Ability to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity
