Job Description As a Security Officer – Flex Roving Patrol Driver in Stafford, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, you will patrol assigned areas, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support staff and shoppers with friendly customer service and clear communication. You will respond to incidents, report concerns, and complete detailed documentation. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license per Allied Universal driver policy. What You’ll Do Provide customer service to clients and customers by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a retail location. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, alarms, and/or other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or local authorities as needed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout sales floors, entrances and exits, receiving areas, parking lots, and perimeter to help to deter theft and other unwanted activity. Monitor access points and observe customer and associate activity for security-related issues, reporting suspicious behavior and/or policy violations according to post orders. Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicate updates to management, and coordinate with store personnel during investigations and/or emergency situations. Minimum Requirements A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
