Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions via telehealth technology. Utilizing a user-friendly digital platform, you will have the flexibility to create a work environment tailored to your needs while ensuring seamless interaction with clients and team members. The typical schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate the varying needs of our patient population.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' needs and aspirations, crafting person-centered treatment plans informed by evidence-based practices.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions that are tailored to individual clients, couples, and families, incorporating approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, helping patients connect over common mental health issues while promoting a sense of community.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other professionals to ensure integrated care that addresses all aspects of patient health.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, demonstrating calm and effective problem-solving during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients about their conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, thereby enhancing their engagement in their own care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population is diverse, encompassing individuals across varying age groups and backgrounds, all seeking support for issues such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related challenges, and addiction issues. Your role as a mental health counselor will be pivotal in providing tailored therapeutic support designed to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• A thorough understanding of mental health disorders and current evidence-based treatment methodologies is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and creating effective treatment plans.

• Previous experience delivering both individual and group therapy services to a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n
