Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, whether through telehealth platforms or in-person interactions as needed.

• Document all client interactions comprehensively, including conducting biopsychosocial assessments, setting weekly goals, and developing treatment plans that evolve based on client progress.

• Facilitate aftercare planning with clients to ensure smooth transitions post-therapy and promote ongoing success in their healing journey.

• Regularly collaborate with families, external clinicians, and referral sources to maintain continuity of care and synchronize treatment efforts.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required documentation in compliance with organizational policies and procedures, including progress notes and discharge summaries.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our Clinic serves a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related challenges. As a therapist, you will work closely with clients ranging from adolescents to adults, tailoring your therapeutic approach to align with their unique experiences and cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Possession of an active LMFT license in Pennsylvania, in good standing.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a medical or therapeutic environment.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries and uphold patient confidentiality at all times.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an aptitude for documentation and rapport-building.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with experience in trauma-informed care, group therapy facilitation, and family-based treatment models will be at an advantage. Familiarity with modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is highly valued. Experience working within a telehealth framework or electronic health record (EHR) systems will also enhance your application.
