Note: Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Nevada State Bar and have at least 3+ years of directly relevant plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience. Job Description Manage plaintiff personal injury matters through the litigation lifecycle, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, settlement, and trial preparation. Develop and execute litigation strategies designed to strengthen cases and maximize client outcomes. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, discovery responses, briefs, and other litigation documents. Take and defend witness, expert, and party depositions. Prepare for and attend mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, hearings, pretrial conferences, and trials. Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written arguments. Communicate regularly with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and other parties throughout litigation. Manage an active caseload while meeting court deadlines and maintaining excellent client service. Collaborate with fellow attorneys and staff to efficiently move cases toward successful resolution. Qualifications 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. Active Nevada Bar license in good standing. J.D. from an accredited law school. Strong knowledge of Nevada personal injury litigation and civil procedure. Experience with discovery, depositions, legal research, motion practice, mediation, and case strategy. Strong written advocacy, communication, organization, and deadline-management skills. Trial experience is preferred. Filevine experience is preferred. Spanish language skills are a plus.
